About

Gustavo Reis is a Brazilian pastry chef whose passion for artisan baking was shaped by a lifelong love of craftsmanship, hospitality, and the pursuit of excellence. After refining his skills and graduating from École Ducasse, one of the world’s most respected culinary institutions, Gustavo dedicated himself to mastering the art of French pastry while embracing the rich flavors and traditions of his Brazilian heritage.

Throughout his career, Gustavo has focused on creating pastries that are both technically refined and deeply comforting. Every croissant, sourdough loaf, macaron, and dessert reflects his belief that exceptional baking begins with quality ingredients, traditional techniques, patience, and attention to every detail.

Reis Bakery was born from a dream of bringing authentic French baking to the local community while celebrating the warmth and vibrant flavors of Brazil. What started as a small artisan bakery has grown into a brand dedicated to handcrafted products made fresh every day.

The bakery’s mission is simple: to create memorable experiences through exceptional baking. Every product is made with care, using time-honored techniques that honor the traditions of French pastry while embracing creativity and innovation.

For Gustavo, baking is more than a profession—it is a way of bringing people together. Whether someone visits for their morning croissant, an elegant dessert, or a box of handcrafted pastries to share with loved ones, every customer is welcomed with the same commitment to quality, authenticity, and hospitality.
