Founded by chef and entrepreneur Audrey Yap, Noodle Lab first joined the Market in 2015 as one of the Market’s inaugural opening vendors and instantly won over guests with its inventive ramen bowls, rice dishes, and customizable street food options. Yap, who was raised between Malaysia and Tucson, Arizona, draws inspiration from generations-old family recipes and her rich culinary travels across Southeast Asia. 

Reopening in 2025 after a five-year hiatus, Noodle Lab brings back its signature bold flavors, vibrant energy, and deep commitment to authentic Asian cuisine—serving up comfort in every bowl.
