During lockdown, locally-raised brothers Lucas and Zach Reckling worked tirelessly on perfecting their bagel formulas. Challenged by shortages of both flour and yeast, the Reckling brothers developed a unique recipe using freshly milled grains combined with wild yeast. Bagel Guild’s, with their “sourdough bagels with a local twist”, has since been named one of the best bagel shops in Boston!
