    Learn how to make pasta from scratch with Nella Pasta! In this hands-on workshop, one of the Nella Pasta founders will teach you how to make a pasta dough by hand, roll it into sheets, and learn dozens of different pasta shapes (inc. pappardelle, linguine, farfalle, strozzapretti, etc.). You will also create a seasonal dish with Nella’s handmade fettuccine and eat together at the communal table! We'll also send you home with the pasta you’ve created, plus a packet that includes a recipe for fresh pasta with lots of fun variation, serving suggestions, and the recipe for the dish we cook together.

The chef will then demo a seasonal dish with Nella’s handmade fettuccine and attendees will all eat together! We'll send you home with the pasta you’ve created (about a pound).

    Let us take you on a journey through traditional raw preperations of locally-caught seafood. One recipe is from Peru: delicately sliced white fish, marinated in citrus juice, chilies and herbs. Another recipe is from the coast of Spain: fresh shellfish with fennel, mint and orange. And the last from Hawaii: sweet and savory marinated tuna with green onion and sesame seeds on a bed of rice.
