During lockdown, locally-raised brothers Lucas and Zach Reckling worked tirelessly on perfecting their bagel formulas. Challenged by shortages of both flour and yeast, the Reckling brothers developed a unique recipe using freshly milled grains combined with wild yeast. Bagel Guild will be bringing their "sourdough bagels with a local twist" to the wider Boston Public Market visitors.
