Curds & Co. Opens at the Boston Public Market

BOSTON, MA (October 2019) – Curds & Co., the Brookline-based specialty cheese shop, has expanded its Boston presence to open a second location at the Boston Public Market. Now open next to artisan jewelry vendor the PACK and across from Q’s Nuts, Curds & Co. brings a varied lineup of both New England-made and imported cheeses to Market shoppers in addition to housewares, oils, jams and other specialty items.
Founded in 2017 by Jenn Mason and her husband Matt Mason, Curds & Co. was launched with a simple mission: bring great cheese and happiness to the people of Boston. Bolstered by an inherent love of cheese and a desire to share their knowledge with customers, the two opened their first shop in the heart of Brookline. Now, more than two years later and with a successful retail storefront and online business under their belts, Jenn and Matt have grown to open a second outpost at the Boston Public Market.
At the Market, Curds & Co. carries a wide variety of New England-made brands including Plymouth Dairy, Springbook Farm, Boston Post Dairy and Vermont Cheese Company, in addition to imported favorites like Manchego, Aged Gouda, Gruyere, and more. Rounding out the experience, Curds & Co. offers a range of non-cheese items and accouterments including olive oil, olives, jam, candies and specialty crackers, cheese paper, kitchen towels, and more.
“We endeavor to be the least intimidating cheese store on the planet, one cheese tasting at a time . Our goal is to get everyone to #StopEatingBoring by trying great cheeses and pairings that are being made by small batch and award-winning makers,” said Jenn Maison, Curds & Co. Founder.
