Executive Chef & Owner Aidan Mc Gee is bringing authentic, modern Irish dining to Boston with The Dubliner, slated to open in April 2022 at 2 Center Plaza, directly across the street from Boston City Hall.
With a Michelin-starred resume, Chef Mc Gee will be giving diners a glimpse into how Ireland is eating today.
“I’m very excited to share my food with my new adopted city,” Chef Mc Gee says. “There’s no need to pay for airfare to sample the new Irish cooking when you can stop by The Dubliner.”

BPM CHEF HERO PROGRAM
After nearly two years of unprecedented challenges and changes in the restaurant industry, the Boston Public Market is taking this moment to relaunch our BPM Chef Hero program, where we will partner with one local chef per month to engage with our vendor and customer community around good food.
We wish to celebrate the resilience, dedication, ingenuity, and hardworking spirit by honoring Boston’s Chef Heroes.
Up Next: April – Chef Jeremy Sewall of Row 34
