Intro to Cupping with George Howell Coffee

Understanding and tasting the differences in coffee can seem like a daunting task. In this interactive class we will employ your senses of taste and smell to understand and evaluate and differentiate between coffees from around the world. Together we will explore coffee’s sweetness, acidity, body, and balance through a series of guided cuppings. Jenny Howell, a green coffee buyer at George Howell Coffee, will be guiding the class through four progressively challenging cuppings.
